Tantolunden motorhome camping is located adjacent to the lush Tantolunden park and offers city life at the same time. Within walking distance to the Old Town and Slussen, this is perfect for those who want to experience Stockholm comfortably from their motorhome.
As our only year-round campsite, Tantolunden is perfect for visiting Stockholm in all seasons. With 16 pitches, we offer an intimate and centrally located motorhome camping on Södermalm. We have 2 pitches for motorhomes shorter than 7 meters that cannot be booked online - call or email to book them.
The campsite is ideal for visiting Stockholm's major events and attractions. Public transport is within short walking distance.

How to find Tantolunden motorhome camping
E4 from the north
From E4 northbound: Take exit 156 (Aspudden/Liljeholmen). Cross Liljeholmsbron, continue straight on Hornsgatan. Turn right onto Ringvägen, the campsite is on the right after approx. 500 meters.
E4 from the south
From E4 southbound: Take exit 154 toward Södermalm/Liljeholmen. Follow signs toward Hornstull/Södermalm. Drive on Hornsgatan and turn right onto Ringvägen.
Congestion Tax
Congestion charges apply to Swedish and foreign-registered vehicles. More information is available on the Swedish Transport Agency website.
Motorhomes close to 9 meters: Drive past the entrance and turn around, then drive back - this makes the turn into the campsite less sharp.
Environmental Zone & Studded Tire Ban on Hornsgatan
Hornsgatan is part of Stockholm's environmental zone class 2. This means the following vehicles are not allowed on Hornsgatan:
Vehicles with studded tires
Petrol vehicles that do not meet Euro 5 (registered before Jan 2011)
Diesel vehicles that do not meet Euro 6 (registered before Sep 2015)
Check your motorhome's EU emission class in the vehicle registration document.
Alternative route to the campsite
If you have studded tires or your motorhome does not meet the environmental zone requirements, you can take an alternative route that avoids Hornsgatan. See the maps below for two alternative routes.

Cancellation rules without cancellation protection
Cancellation at least 3 days before arrival: 100% refund.
Cancellation 2 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellation the day before arrival, on arrival day, or during stay: no refund.
Cancellation Protection - 195 kr
At the time of booking, you can purchase cancellation protection for SEK 195. This allows you to cancel up to 12:00 PM on the arrival day for valid reasons (illness, accident, etc. Certificate required).
Important Information: Motorhomes longer than the booked pitch allows may be turned away. Cancellation rules apply in this case as well.
Two plots cannot be booked online. Email us for availability if your motorhome is under 7 meters.
