Terms and information for your booking at Tantolundens husbilscamping
Booking fee
- Bookings made by phone or email incur a booking fee of 100 SEK which is non-refundable upon cancellation.
- When booking online, there is no fee for booking or cancellation at least 3 days before arrival.
Payment
Payment is made online only at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out
Cancellation rules without cancellation protection
- 100% Cancellation at least 3 days before arrival
- 50% Cancellation 2 days before arrival
- 0% Cancellation the day before arrival, on arrival day, or interruption of ongoing stay
Cancellation protection – 195 SEK
At the time of booking, you can purchase cancellation protection that applies according to the conditions below.
NOTE! You need to register the names of all passengers for the protection to also cover them.
The cancellation protection means you can cancel until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival if any of the following occurs:
- Acute illness or accident preventing the trip
- Death in the immediate family
- Significant property damage (fire, burglary, flooding)
- Summoning to court or jury duty
- Government decision preventing the trip
You must be able to prove your impediment with a certificate from a doctor, authority, or insurance company. The certificate must reach us within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Upon cancellation, the cost of the cancellation protection and any booking fee is non-refundable. The cancellation protection applies per booked item.
